Device access

When you set a pin on a web browser, or use the app on a mobile device, we create a "Device". You can see a list of all devices that you have added - go to Account, then "Device access".

Device list

This is the list of all devices that have access to your account. If you remove a device here, you will force re-authentication. This means on a web browser, you will need to login with email, password and authenticator code before setting a new pin. Using the app on a mobile device, you will be required to login again with email address, password and email verification. 

Note: A web browser can appear more than once, for example, clearing temporary internet files. You should be able to see by date which is the current one. It is safe to remove the old one.
