Logging In

The first time you log in you will need to enter your email address, password and authenticater code. You have the option to make logging in easier on each device by creating a pin.

1. Log In

  1. Visit https://app.mylifesafe.com/Login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Enter your authenticator code

If you do not see somewhere to enter the email address, ie. it is asking for a pin for another account, use "Forgot pin? Login with password", or go directly to https://app.mylifesafe.com/Login#Password.

2. Create a Pin

When you login on a device that doesn't have a pin set, you are given the option to create one. The pin you choose will only work on that device. Next time you login on the device you only need to use the pin. 

Warning: Only create pins on devices you own. 

Trouble logging in?

If you have forgotten your password you can request a single-use login code to be emailed to you. You are still required to have access to your Authenticator app  - Usually the Google Authenticator your phone. If you do not have access to your authenticator app, you need to recover your account. 

Login with single-use email code:

  1. On the login screen, choose "Email single-use login code".
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Retrive the 6-digit code from your email and enter it in "Email Code".
  4. Enter your Authenticator Code (Usually the Google Authenticator app on your phone).
After you log in, go to "My account" and choose "Change password".to set a new password.
