Creating an account

Start by setting a free trial account. You will need an email address, authenticator app and valid credit card. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel your account at any time. If you don't compete setup, you may continue from where you left off next time you log in.

1. Enter your details

1. Visit https://app.mylifesafe.com/Signup
2. Enter your name and email address
3. Choose a password
4. Select your country

2. Verify your email address

A six digit code is sent to your email address. Enter that code to verify your email address.

3. Multi-Factor Authentication

Due to the sensitive nature of information stored. We require all Lifesafe users to have at least 2-factors of authentication configured, The easiest way to do this is to with a TOTP authenticator app on your mobile device. Scan the QR code on the screen to add Lifesafe. If you do not have one on your device already, please follow these steps.

Google Authenticator (Recommended)

1. Go to Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) on you mobile device, search and install the Google Authenticator app.
2. Open the app and press the + button on the bottom right.
3. Choose "Scan a QR code"
4. Scan the QR code with your camera
5. On Lifesafe, enter the 6 digit code shown in Google Authenticator.

Microsoft Authenticator

1. Go to Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) on you mobile device, search and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.
2. Open the app and press the + button at the top.
   
3. Select "Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.)"
4. Scan the QR code with your camera
   
5. On Lifesafe, enter the 6 digit code shown in Microsoft Authenticator.
